Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders usually ship within 1 week of purchase, except products marked as pre-order which have a longer turnaround specified on the product page. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact oguhmade@gmail.com.

International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), meaning customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we can't calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy within the EU. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. According to EU law, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll be refunded the full amount of the item once your return is accepted and processed. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES 

We offer a 30-day exchange policy within the EU. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders placed outside of the EU.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. You will be issued a full refund within a week of approval if you are eligible.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If, for any reason, oguhmade cannot issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or an alternate method of refund. Please note that some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase to the original payment method.
